Mark R. Kehoe, Esq., President

Mark is an attorney handling commercial litigation matters and the defense of personal injury and property damage claims. He represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes. Mark is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Following graduation from law school Mark clerked for the Honorable Rudolph Rossetti of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden. Mark is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania Federal District Courts and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark is admitted to the Philadelphia Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association He has been actively involved in the Gloucester county community where he served as a member and president of the Kingsway School Board for many years, and has served the Gloucester County Bar Foundation in its charitable endeavors acting as a mock trial team judge and serving for the last three years as its president.

Joyce Kirschner

Shannon Cornelius, Esq.

Shannon has been a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association and has previously served as the President of the Gloucester County Bar Foundation. Shannon has been a member of the Foundation for many years and has tirelessly dedicated her time and efforts to the activities of the Foundation, specifically the Children’s Holiday Breakfast. Without her efforts that wonderful event would not be nearly so successful. Shannon is licensed in New Jersey and has been a member of the Gloucester County Bar for many years. She currently serves as an assistant Prosecutor for the County

Shawn C. Huber

Shawn is a partner with Brown & Connery and concentrates his practice in personal injury, commercial litigation, municipal law, and subrogation matters.  He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney since 2011.  Mr. Huber formerly served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Boroughs of Pine Hill, Mt. Ephraim, and Clementon. Mr. Huber is a regular speaker for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, National Business Institute, and the Camden County Bar Association.  He has appeared as a commentator on the television show, “Legally Speaking.” Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Huber served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Page of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County. Mr. Huber graduated cum laude from St. Joseph’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 1993.  He earned his law degree in 1996 from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Mr. Huber is a member of the American, Federal, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Camden County, Gloucester County, and Philadelphia Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.

Vincent D’Agostino, Treasurer

Vince is a Shareholder in Foundation Title a Title producer which is a full-service title insurance and settlement services agency serving all of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York as well as the rest of the United States through its National Lender Services division. Vince began his career in public accounting in 2007 as a full-service accountant with firms WeiserMazars and The CPA Firm before making his move to Foundation Title in 2012. Licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Vince calls Woolwich Township home, along with his wife Danielle and son Lewis. In addition to his service as treasurer of the Gloucester County Bar Foundation he is a member of TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance, and the Builders League of South Jersey. Vince has been an active participant in the charitable endeavors of the foundation, often volunteering his offices and his staff to assist with the event planning and Christmas gift wrapping.

Scott Burns, Esq. ,

Scott’s practice focuses on Government Law, as he provides guidance and advice in matters of statute interpretation, preparation of contracts and other legal instruments, legal research, preparation of legal briefs and opinions, and trial practice.  Specifically, he is Gloucester County Planning Board Solicitor, Construction Board of Appeals Solicitor, Gloucester County Solid Waste Solicitor, and Vice Chairman of the Gloucester County Insurance Commission.  He also practices in State Tax Court, representing municipalities in property tax appeals.  Scott began his career in private practice, representing clients in all aspects of civil, criminal, and family law litigation.  Scott also served as Municipal Prosecutor in several New Jersey municipalities.  He received his undergraduate B.A.s in History and Political Science from Villanova University, and his J.D. from Widener University in Delaware.  Scott lives with his wife and children in Washington Township.

 

Roger Mattson, Esq.

Roger has been a practicing attorney for over 50 years. He graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1973. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Gonzaga University, in 1976. he is admitted to practice before the New Jersey Courts, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and Pennsylvania; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Roger has worked on the Board of Trustees of the Bar Foundation for many years. He has devoted his time and talents to the charitable efforts of this organization and his community.

Joan Sorbello Adams Esq. Secretary

Joan retired from the practice of law after 42 years of service to the public. She received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors and Distinction from the University of Delaware 1979 and her Juris Doctorate, Dickinson School of Law, 1982 where she was an Associate Editor of Dickinson Law Review., winner of the Third Circuit Court Moot court competition and served as the President of the Philadelphia Alumni Association for 6 years. A founding member of Adams & Adams in Swedesboro she concentrated in real estate, zoning and Planning, business and Estates. She served Gloucester and Salem Counties and received a Life Time Service Award from the Gloucester County Board of Agriculture. She was solicitor for many different Township planning boards and taught real estate and planning to attorneys and board members for over 20 years. Joan served as a Municipal Court Judge for six different towns for over 9 years and served as a public defender in Harrisburg Pa and Greenwich Township NJ. She worked on the Ethics committees for the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Gloucester County Bar Association and provided pro bono legal services to every religious organization in the Swedesboro area. She served the Gloucester County Bar association as a mock trial team coach and Judge for the mock trial competitions and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Bar Foundation for 4 years.

Jon DeMasi, Esq

Jon is a managing partner of the firm Walker and DeMasi, LLC in Woodbury New Jersey He graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in 1987 and earned his juris doctorate at Bridgeport University School of Law, in 1991. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. John has been a member of the Foundation for many years, previously serving as its President. He has been instrumental in organizing the Crab Fest Festivities

Joanna is a licensed realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Mullica Hill and a top producing real estate agent and respected team leader serving the South Jersey area. She is consistently ranked among the top half of one percent of agents nationally within Berkshire Hathaway. With over 25 yeas of experience in the local area she specializes in residential sales, luxury homes and investment properties -bringing expert market insight, strategic negotiation and an unwavering commitment to client success. She has earned numerous accolades. As a resident of Gloucester County for over 30 years Joanna is deeply rooted in the community and brings a personal connection with the County to the Bar Foundation. A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology she brings a data driven perspective to the work of the board with a stronng focus on service. Joanna is a dedicated supporter of local sports teams, community events, scholarship funds, school academic programs and has over two decades of active involvement in the community.
